Nusa Tenggara Barat Province, as an archipelagic region, has a high dependency on maritime transportation, making regional feeder ports play a crucial role in supporting regional connectivity. Limitations in development resources demand an objective determination of port development priorities. This research aims to identify determining aspects, determine the weight of sub-aspects using the Entropy Weighting Method, and arrange development priorities with the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. The research utilized a quantitative approach with multi-criteria decision-making methods. Data consists of primary data in the form of sub-aspect assessments and secondary data from documents and field observations. The research objects include Pemenang, Carik, Sape, Waworada, and Calabai Ports. The analysis was conducted using the Entropy method for objective weighting and TOPSIS for ranking alternatives based on their proximity to the ideal solution. The results show that the Entropy–TOPSIS method is capable of producing systematic weighting and development priorities. Ports with balanced performance in technical, accessibility, economic, environmental, and spatial planning aspects have higher priority. This research can serve as a basis for port development planning in Nusa Tenggara Barat Province.
