This study was motivated by the need for effective classroom quality management to improve the quality of learning and academic achievement of elementary school students. The quality of education is not only determined by the curriculum and facilities, but also by the ability of teachers to plan, implement, evaluate, and follow up on learning consistently. This study aims to analyze the implementation of classroom quality management at SDN Tanjungsari and SDN Wanaraja in Cianjur Regency, covering aspects of planning, implementation, evaluation, follow-up, obstacles, and solutions. The research method used a qualitative approach with a case study design, through observation, interviews, and documentation analyzed descriptively. The results show differences in implementation between the two schools. In terms of planning, teachers at SDN Tanjungsari are more systematic in developing learning tools, while those at SDN Wanaraja are still simple. In terms of implementation, SDN Tanjungsari applies more varied methods, although lectures are still dominant, while SDN Wanaraja tends to be conventional. Both schools have implemented formative and summative assessments, but follow-up is limited. Follow-up at SDN Tanjungsari took the form of remedial and enrichment programs, while at SDN Wanaraja it was only additional assignments. The obstacles faced included limited facilities, teacher competence, and student motivation. Solutions were sought through teacher cooperation, principal support, and the use of simple media. The study concluded that classroom quality management plays an important role in improving student learning outcomes, with success being influenced by teacher consistency, the school environment, and the availability of facilities.
