Cooperation In Preparation of Full Brt System Development Program at BRT Trans Semarang

Abstract

Urban transportation services such as Bus Repid Transit (BRT) as the main issue in the circle of transportation planning, the Semarang City Government built an urban transportation system for public services so that there is cooperation in the preparation of the Trans Semarang BRT system full development program. Understanding policy aspects at both the central and regional levels that can improve public transportation performance can provide a broader perspective among policymakers to develop and implement BRT systems, especially in developing countries. For this purpose, through cooperation in the preparation of a full BRT system development program at the Trans Semarang BRT through sustainable transportation   policies and infrastructure development in line with the national urban transportation program. Using a qualitative approach, the results showed that various policy elements can help improve Trans Semarang services. Increasing changes in cooperation relationships in the public transportation management system and preparing a full BRT system development program at BRT Trans Semarang with stakeholders.
